The sensor switches on the lighting when the light level falls below a set limit and helps make the use of courtyard, garden, garage, stairwell, or passageway lighting more convenient and energy-efficient.

The IP44 protection rating allows the sensor to be used both indoors and in damp areas, such as under an awning or for controlling outdoor lighting.
