1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to users of the Elektripood.ee online store.

The online store is operated by Ransi Elekter OÜ (hereinafter "Seller"). These terms govern the rights, obligations, and liabilities between the seller and the customer when ordering and purchasing goods.

2. Description of Goods and Services

All products, prices, and descriptions are displayed in the online store. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices and the product range without prior notice.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, select the appropriate product, add it to the shopping cart, and fill in the order form with the required details.

An order is considered confirmed once the customer has paid for the order and received a confirmation email.

4. Payment

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment—when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the total payable amount in the Online Store's bank account.

The owner of the online store is the personal data controller and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid funds (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

5. Delivery

Products are dispatched using the delivery method chosen by the customer.

Standard delivery time in Estonia is 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery outside Estonia is subject to mutual agreement.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made in the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act and Consumer Rights Directives.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods do not match the order or are defective.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Warranty and Complaints

All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

If the goods are defective, the seller must be notified via email at info@ransielekter.ee.

The Seller is liable for non-compliance of the goods with contract terms for two years from the date of purchase.

8. Data Protection

The Seller processes the customer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian legislation.

Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and customer communication.

9. Liability

The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product or if the use of the goods does not meet the customer's subjective expectations.

The Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiations.

If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia in Harju County Court.

The consumer also has the right to apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee (https://komisjon.ee).

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

The Seller has the right to amend these terms and conditions by publishing a new version on the website.

The user undertakes to review the applicable terms before making a purchase.
