Ordering and product availability


  • Q: How can I place an order?


    A: Select the products you want, add them to your cart and follow the instructions during the checkout process. Please double check the shipping address before paying.



  • Q: Is product "X" still available?


    A: If a product is visible in our store and has options to choose from, it is usually in stock. If you see the text "Sold Out" or "Currently Out of Stock", it is temporarily unavailable.

    A: We accept bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop and Revolut



  • Q: Are my payment details secure?


    A: Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment solutions. Our store does not store your credit card information.


Delivery


  • Q: How long does it take to deliver an order?


    A: We usually process orders within 1 business day. Delivery takes an average of 2 business days in Estonia.



  • Q: How much does delivery cost?


    A: The shipping cost depends on the shipping method and location you choose. You can see the exact price in your shopping cart before paying. We offer free shipping on orders over 100 euros.



  • Q: How can I track my order?


    A: After your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.


Returns and Exchanges


  • Q: Can I return my purchase?


    A: Yes, you have the right to return your purchased items within 14 days of receiving them. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our returns policy for detailed instructions.



  • Q: What should I do if the product is defective or damaged?


    A: Please contact us immediately by email at kauplus@ransielekter.ee and include a photo of the damage and your order number. We will find a replacement solution for you or refund your money.



  • Q: How long does it take to get a refund?


    A: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the money within 7 business days to the same payment account you used to make the purchase.
