Product details

BLUETTI Premium 200 V2 is a high-power, high-capacity portable power station suitable for home backup power, summer cottages, camper vans, job sites, and off-grid power supply. The device features a 2073.6 Wh LiFePO₄ battery and a 2700 W pure sine wave inverter, allowing it to power higher-wattage 230 V household appliances and electrical devices.

In addition to power, the key strength of the Premium 200 V2 is the battery's long lifespan – the manufacturer rates it for over 6000 charge cycles to 80% original capacity. In Power Lifting mode, the power station supports certain resistive loads up to 3900 W.

2700 W pure sine wave inverter

The Premium 200 V2 provides up to 2700 W of continuous 230 V output power. This makes it much more than just a backup power source for phones, computers, or lighting – the device can also power many higher-wattage household appliances and tools.

Within the appropriate power range, it can power, for example, a refrigerator and freezer, TV, computers, power tools, a coffee machine, a microwave, lighting, and many other 230 V devices.

For devices with motors, pumps, and compressors, always check their starting current and starting power in addition to the rated power.

Power Lifting up to 3900 W

The BLUETTI Power Lifting mode allows the Premium 200 V2 to power certain purely resistive loads up to 3900 W. The manufacturer cites kettles, electric blankets, and hair dryers as examples.

It is important to distinguish:

2700 W – the power station's continuous rated power
3900 W – Power Lifting mode for suitable resistive loads
4050 W – the inverter's instantaneous peak power.

Power Lifting does not make the power station a 3900 W continuous output device.

2073.6 Wh LiFePO₄ battery

The Premium 200 V2 uses a LiFePO₄ or lithium iron phosphate battery, which has a nominal capacity of 2073.6 Wh.

BLUETTI rates the battery's lifespan at over 6000 charge cycles to 80% of its initial capacity. This is one of the most important advantages of this model and makes the device suitable for regular use, not just occasional use during power outages.

For long-term storage, it is recommended to keep the battery charge at approximately 40–60% and to charge the battery every 3–6 months.

Fast charging – up to 2300 W

The Premium 200 V2 AC charging power is up to 2300 W. With TurboBoost charging, the manufacturer states the battery reaches an 80% charge in about 1.1 hours.

This is very fast for a power station with over 2 kWh of capacity – you don't have to charge the device all day during power outages or when working on a job site.

Solar charging up to 1000 W

The Premium 200 V2's built-in MPPT controller supports up to 1000 W of solar panel input power.

PV input parameters:

  • maximum power: 1000 W
  • input voltage: 12–60 V DC
  • maximum current: 20 A

According to BLUETTI, with a suitable 1000 W solar panel solution, it is possible to fully charge the power station in ideal conditions in about 2.4 hours.

When connecting solar panels, it is essential to check the total Voc voltage, current, and total power of the panel array to ensure they remain within the power station's permitted limits.

Well-suited for 200 W panels

The recently added BLUETTI PV200 200 W panel can be used with the Premium 200 V2, but charging a battery of over 2 kWh with a single 200 W panel will be quite slow.

If you wish to charge the power station regularly with solar energy, it is sensible to use a higher total panel wattage. When connecting multiple panels, however, one must take into account the Premium 200 V2 limits of 12–60 V / 20 A / 1000 W.

UPS backup power ≤15 ms

The Premium 200 V2 supports the UPS function, and in the event of a grid power failure, the switch to battery power occurs within 15 milliseconds.

Therefore, it is suitable for backup power for routers, network devices, computers, security and communication devices, home automation, and other essential electronics.

How long does the 2073 Wh battery last?

Actual operating time depends on load, inverter losses, temperature, and usage conditions. Not all of the 2073.6 Wh nominal capacity can be used from the 230 V output without losses.

As a practical guideline, you can estimate approximately:

Average device consumption Estimated runtime
20 W 80+ hours
50 W 33–36 hours
100 W 17–19 hours
200 W 8–9 hours
500 W 3.3–3.7 hours
1000 W 1.7–1.9 hours
2000 W about 50 minutes

These are approximate calculated examples, not runtime guaranteed by the manufacturer.

Up to 7 devices simultaneously

The Premium 200 V2 allows you to power up to 7 devices simultaneously. There are two 230 V sockets, two 100 W USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, and a 12 V car-socket-style output.

Two 100 W USB-C outputs allow you to charge laptops directly via USB-C without using a 230 V charger.

Compact 2 kWh class power station

Despite having a battery of over 2 kWh, the Premium 200 V2 dimensions are only 350 × 250 × 323 mm and it weighs about 24.2 kg.

This makes it a good compromise between a large battery and portability – the power station can be used at home, in a car, in a camper van, or on a job site without building a stationary battery system.

Suitable for, e.g.

  • home backup power during power outages
  • backup power for refrigerators and freezers
  • summer cottages and rural homes
  • camper vans and caravans
  • job sites
  • using power tools
  • powering TVs and home electronics
  • backup power for computers and network devices
  • powering LED lighting
  • using coffee machines and smaller kitchen appliances
  • charging phones, tablets, and laptops
  • off-grid power supply with solar panels

Important – the battery cannot be expanded

Unlike some larger modular BLUETTI models, the battery capacity of the Premium 200 V2 cannot be increased with BLUETTI expansion batteries. The manufacturer marks the scalability of the model as "No" and confirms that the Premium 200 V2 does not support the use of B80 or B300K as expansion batteries.

If the goal is to significantly increase the system's battery capacity in the future, it is worth choosing a model that supports BLUETTI expansion batteries.

We also recommend

Suitable accessories for the Premium 200 V2 include BLUETTI foldable solar panels, MC4 extension cables, MC4–XT60 charging cable, and car charging accessories.

When choosing solar panels, you must observe the Premium 200 V2 maximum PV input of 1000 W, 12–60 V DC, and 20 A.
